Palladio Restaurant is Now Offering Cooking Classes

Join us for another round of cooking classes with Executive Chef Melissa Close Hart. Learn how to make our popular gnocchi or discover new ways to prepare old favorites. Classes will be limited to 10 people each, so call early to reserve your spot. Additional private classes available for parties of 12, based upon date availability. Each Class is $75 per person.

The following classes are available:

Chocolates and Confections
Dazzle your loved one with hand-made truffles on Valentine’s Day.
February 9th 6:00pm

Potato Gnocchi
Learn how to make melt-in-your-mouth potato gnocchi.
March 9th 6:00pm

How to Cook Fish and Seafood
Learn to grill, broil, sauté and fry your favorite fish and shellfish.
April 13th 6:00pm

Italian Breads
Learn how to make focaccia & ciabatta breads at home.
May 11th 6:00pm

Hand Made Pasta
Learn how to make, roll and utilize fresh pasta.
June 8th 6:00pm

It’s Time to Grill!
A selection of grilled meats to complement your Labor Day Cookouts.
July 13th 6:00 pm

All classes are participation classes and will include products and recipes to be taken home.
